Section 35(4)(a) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008

(a)When an enquiry is made under this section, the Registrar shall communicate the results of the inquiry to the society concerned, to the applicant/ applicants and persons designated by the applicant to receive such report, to the Financing Bank to which the Society is affiliated to any Federation/ Union of which the co-operative society is a member.
