Section 57(a) in Rajasthan District Board Account Rules
(a)Pay bills other than those for the Education or Medical staff may be signed at any time on the last working day of the month by the labour of which the pay is earned and are due for payment on the next working day. In the case of Education or Medical staff the pay bills may be signed three days before the close of the month for being sent for payment on 1st or so. In the case of dismissal, resignation or death pay may be drawn and disbursed immediately after it becomes due. Pay and allowances may be drawn for the day of a man's death. The hour at which death takes place shall not effect the claim.
