Section 4(2) in The Haryana State Legal Service Authority Rules, 1995
(2)A member of the State Authority nominated under sub-rules (1)(x) and (2) of rule 3 may be removed by the State Government in consultation with the Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court if in the opinion of the State Government, he is not desirable to continue as a member.
