Section 68A(1) in The U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963
(1)Nowithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these rules, the State Government may, by a written order, reserve any area to a Government organisation or any person/company in the interest of industrial promotion, for mining operation subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified in the said order.
