They having completed period of 240 days, their services cannot be terminated without following due process of law. Attention of this Court is also invited to the nature of services rendered by the petitioners. The learned counsel then would urge that the status-quo order was continued by the learned Industrial Court till 06/06/2019. Petitioners have recently learnt that respondents are processing the files for termination of the services of the petitioners. 2 The learned counsel for respondents in all these cases seeks time and is not in a position to dispute the aforesaid position. 3 In view thereof, issue notice to respondents.
