33. Deviation from norms.
- Tariff for sale of electricity by the generating company may also be determined in deviation from the norms specified in these regulations subject to the conditions that the levellised tariff over the useful life of the project on the basis of the norms in deviation does not exceed the levellised tariff calculated on the basis of the norms specified in these regulations:Provided that the reasons for deviation from the norms specified under these Regulations shall be recorded in writing.
