Section 94(b) in The M.P. Industrial Relations Act, 1960
(b)require any employer or employers generally to maintain and submit copies of a record in such form as may be prescribed, of-(i)data relating to plant, premises and manufacture,(ii)other industrial transactions and dealings, which, in the opinion of the State Government, are likely to affect the matters specified in clause (a).
