Section 22(3) in All India Services (Death-Cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958
(3)The amount of family pension shall be fixed at monthly rates and be expressed in whole rupees and where the family pension contains a fraction of a rupee, it shall be rounded off to the next higher rupee:Provided that in no case a family pension in excess of the maximum prescribed under this rule shall be allowed.
