192. Budget of Zila Parishad.
- The Chief Executive Officer of a Zila Parishad shall, in each year, frame and place before the Zila Parishad, on or before the prescribed date, a budget showing the probable receipts and expenditure during the next financial year. A Zila Parishad may prepare and approve each year a supplementary budget.
