Section 16(1) in The U.P. Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) (Appellate Authority Procedure) Rules, 2013
(1)In the case of death of a party during the pendency of the proceedings before the Appellate Authority, the legal representatives of the deceased party may apply within ninety days of the date of such death for being brought on record as necessary parties.
