Section 26(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Flood Plain Zones (Regulation and Development) Act, 2005
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, Flood Zoning Authority or any authority or person exercising any power or performing any duty under the Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the Act or rules made therein.
