1. Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to conclude Civil Suit No. 33-A/1999 (Bashir Mohammed (dead) through Lrs vs. Mohd. Saeed 9dead) through Lrs.
2. PUD has been received from First Civil Judge Senior Category District Bilaspur with a request for extension of time to conclude the Civil Suit No. 33-A/1999 (Bashir Mohammed (dead) through Lrs vs. Mohd. Saeed 9dead) through Lrs. wherein it has been directed to decide the Page 4 of 4 same within 06 months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
3. In view of the submission made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD.
4. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted.
5. It is directed that the trial Court shall make an endeavor to decide the Civil Suit within six months from the date i.e. on 17.03.2025.
6. In view of the above, the instant MCC stands disposed of.
