A public vaccinator shall submit a monthly return of vaccination to the Sub-Inspector of vaccination, who after consolidating the returns received from the vaccinators, will submit the returns of his circle to the Superintendent of Vaccination and the Superintendent of Vaccination will forward the consolidated returns of the whole area placed under him to the Director of Health Services, Bihar, in the following Form No. 7 of Schedule XXXI.
