Section 30 in The Jammu and Kashmir Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1960
30. Savings.
- Nothing contained in this Act shall effect any adoption made before the commencement of this Act, and validity and effect of any such adoption shall be determined, as if this Act had not been passed.
