Matter has been taken up through Video Conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.
Counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the victim in question has already delivered a child. Both, the mother as also the baby are in good health.
It is submitted that on account of such development, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
