Section 9(1) in Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966
(1)The market committee may, at any time, call a meeting of the market committee, but such meeting shall be held at least once in every month. The market committee shall also call a meeting of the market committee within one month after receipt of a requisition in writing from the Director of Marketing or form one-third of the total number of members of the market committee.Explanation. - In the determination of one-third of total number of members under this sub-section, any fraction arrived at shall be counted as one,
