Section 13(1)(c) in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation Of Supply And Distribution) Order 2000

(c)seize stocks of liquefied petroleum gas along with container and/ or equipments, such as cylinders, gas cylinder valves, [pressure regulators, LPG rubber hose] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 838(E), dated 4.11.2015 (w.e.f. 20.7.2000).] and seals in respect of which he has reason to believe that a contravention of this Order has been, or is being, or is about to be made.
