Section 5(1) in Andhra Pradesh Advocates' Clerks' Welfare Fund Rules, 1992
(1)Every Advocate's clerk who is a member of Advocates' Clerks' Association recognised by the Committee shall apply to the Committee for admission as a member of the Fund in Form No. 3 by paying the fee as provided in sub-section (3) of Section 16 of the Act.
