Section 35(1)(a) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2016

(a)The Commission may specially authorize the Secretary or any other Officer to enter any building or place where there is reason to believe that any document or record relating to the subject matter of its inquiry or adjudication under the Act may be found and to seize or take extracts or copies thereof;
