349. Duties in connection with testing of Land Records work.
- In testing the work of an Inspector of land Records, the duties of Tehsildars and Naib-Tehsildars are the same as those of the Sadar Qanungos. Tehsildars and Naib-Tehsildars are, between them, required to test the record of every Inspector's circle in the Tehsil during one year as may be fixed by the Collector according to the amount of work in each Tehsil. The distribution of circles between the Tehsildar and his Assistants for each year will be arranged by the former with the approval of the Collector at the commencement of each year and a copy thereof shall be sent to the Sadar Qanungo for record in his office
