Section 4(1) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(1)Application for grant of licence under subsection (1) of Section 6 shall be made in duplicate in form 2 which shall invariably be signed by the applicant: Provided that the applicant shall be bound to furnish according to the provisions of the Act and these Rules such additional information as may be required by the Licensing Authority.
