Section 2(s) in The Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Prevention and Control) Act, 2017
(s)"protected person" means a person who is-(i)HIV-Positive; or(ii)ordinarily living, residing or cohabiting with a person who is HIV-positive person; or(iii)ordinarily lived, resided or cohabited with a person who was HIV- positive;
