Section 22(1) in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006
(1)The budget estimates of the Commission for every financial year beginning on the 1st day of April and ending on 31st day of March following shall be prepared or caused to be prepared by the Financial Adviser sufficiently in advance of the date fixed in sub-rule (4) in accordance with sub-rule (6).
