264. Power to relax.
- The Central Government may, by general or special order, and for reasons to he recorded in writing relax all or any of the provisions of these regulations in the case of any person or class of persons.Provided that no relaxation shall be made under this regulation so as, on the whole, to be less favourable to any person or class of persons that is provided in these regulations.
