Section 1 in The M.P. Destruction of Records Law Extension Act, 1965
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Madhya Pradesh Destruction of Records Law Extension Act, 1965.(2)[ It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.] [The Act enforced with effect from 15th February, 1966 vide Notification No. 76024-1-(iv), published in M.P. Rajpatra (Asadharan), dated 15-2-1966 at p. 591.]
