Section 2(i) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into MBA/MCA Professional Courses Through Common Entrance Test Rules, 2003
(i)"Local Candidate", means the candidate in relation to the local area as specified in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order 1974 as amended in G.O.P.No. 646, Edn., (W) Department, dated 10-07-1979.
