75. Bar to transfer of trail on application of accused.
- The provisions of section 191 of the Code of criminal Procedure, 1973 shall not apply in any case in which a Magistrate takes cognizance of an offence under this Act on the report of any officer referred to in clause (a) or clause (b) of section 74.
