Section 15(1) in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)For the purposes of this Act, any decision or action taken by the school committee in respect of any matter over which the school committee has jurisdiction shall be deemed to be the decision or action taken by the educational agency.
