1. Heard Learned Counsel for the parties.
2. An MA bearing no. 114/2026 has been filed by the applicants praying for liberty to jointly pursue such original application.
On being satisfied that the applicants share a common grievance and are pursuing a common cause of action, such liberty is granted under Rule 4(5)(a) of CAT (Procedure) Rules, 1987, subject to payment of individual court fees. MA no. 114/2026 is accordingly disposed of.

3. Learned Counsel for the applicants, after praying for issuance of 'Notice', has finally said that the principle of natural justice will be met if the applicants' representation dated 17.11.2025 (Annexure- A/41), be decided within a time bound manner.
4. Learned Counsel for the respondents, who has appeared on receipt of advance copy of the OA, has no objection to such consideration.
5. In view of the submission of both the parties, the respondent no. 3, i.e., Divisional Railway Manager, Sonepur Division, East Central Railway is directed to consider the pending representation of the applicants dated 17.11.2025, through a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, as per law/ rules/ procedures.
6. Needless to say, that this Tribunal has not entered into the merits of the case and all points are kept open for consideration by the respondents.
7. Accordingly, OA stands disposed of.
8. MA no. 114/2026 stands disposed of as per para 2 of this order.
9. No order as to costs.
