12. Authentication of orders, etc.
- All proceedings of the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson or of any member authorised by the Chairperson in this behalf and all other orders and instruments of the Authority shall be authenticated by an officer of the Authority authorised by regulations.Chapter-IV Finance, Budget and Accounts
