Section 10(2) in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961
(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (3), the term of office of the members of the Board, other than official members, shall be five years :Provided that the term of office of a member appointed or elected, as the case may be, to fill a casual vacancy shall be the residue of the term of his predecessor.
