The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-
"i. That the respondents may be ordered to grant work charge status to the petitions from the dates they completed 8 years of service with all the benefits incidental thereof and to follow the law laid down in Rakesh Kumar's case."
2. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered in their favour by the judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No. 2735 of 2010, titled Rakesh Kumar versus State of H.P. & others on Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?

If that be so and in case the petitioners are similarly situated, treatment as extended to the petitioner in the above referred decision be also extended to the .
petitioners herein, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and a copy of the judgment referred to above by the petitioners before the 2nd respondent.
