Section 10(1) in The Orissa Rice and Paddy Procurement (Levy) and Restriction on Sale and Movement Order, 1982
(1)No Miller shall sell or agree to sell or otherwise dispose of paddy, in the shape of paddy, except in accordance with the [permit in relevant Form] [Substituted by SRO No. 803/83 - dated 16.11.1983 published in the Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1512 - dated 17.11.1983.] issued by the Collector or an officer authorised by the Collector or the Director in this behalf.
