Registry is directed to connect all these matters together.
Learned Additional Advocate General Dr.V.B.Sharma along
with Mr.Pratap Singh Dootar, Additional Director (Non-Gazetted),
is present in the Court and submits that an order dated
25.01.2022 has been issued by the Director-Non Gazetted,
Medical and Health Services, Jaipur, whereby the decision has
been taken to consider the cases of different writ petitioners and

other eligible persons, who are entitled for revised pay scales of
Rs.975-1720, 1200-2050 and 1640-2900 (5500-9000) as per
decision given in the cases of D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.
1068/2014 (Govind Dan Charan Vs. State of Rajasthan) and
D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No. 738/2014 (State of
Rajasthan Vs. Dadam Das Vaishnav).
Learned counsel submitted that entitlement of eligible
persons including the petitioners, is being examined in view of the
said order and accordingly, the individual orders are issued in
favour of the petitioners granting them actual benefit. A copy of
the order dated 25.01.2022 has also been given to learned
counsel for the petitioners.
This Court deems it proper to direct learned Additional Advocate General Dr.V.B.Sharma to file a concised statement in respect of compliance being made in the present bunch of contempt petitions. The said concised statement will give a complete details of payments being made to the contempt petitioners, the date of making payment and the cases whether they are covered by Govind Dan Charan (supra) & Dadam Das Vaishnav (supra). The required details may be furnished on or before the next date of hearing.
S.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 2174/2018:-
Matter comes up on an application filed by legal representatives of the petitioner.
Learned counsel submits that the original petitioner has expired and as such his legal heirs want to pursue the contempt petition.
