Section 21 in THE TELANGANA STATE BUILDING PERMISSION APPROVAL AND SELF CERTIFICATION SYSTEM (TS-bPASS) ACT, 2020
21. Penalty.
Any applicant who fails to comply with the conditions or undertaking in self-certification given to the Nodal Agency or other department or authorities shall be punishable with fine as prescribed by government from time to time as well as rectification of the defect.
