Section 4(1) in The Indian Iron And Steel Company (Taking Over Of Management) Act,1972
(1)The Central Government shall, as from the appointed day, appoint a person as the Custodian of the undertaking of the company for the npurpose of taking over the management thereof and the Custodian shall carry on the management of the undertaking of the company for and on behalf of the Central Government.
