06/23.07.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.

2. Order under challenge in the writ petition is an order passed in MAT Case No.01 of 2011 by which the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance pendente lite @ Rs.2,000/- per month and Rs.500/- per month towards litigation expenses.

3. Previously, the petitioner came to this Court in W.P.(C) No.5636 of 2011. In that proceeding a statement was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no grievance against the order of payment of maintenance as directed by the trial court vide order dated 07.09.2011, however, for exploring possibility of revival of happy conjugal life parties were directed to go for conciliation. It appears that after the mediation between the parties has failed the petitioner has again approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. In view of the stand taken by the petitioner in the previous writ proceeding which is reflected in order dated 11.10.2011 passed in W.P.(C) No.5636 of 2011, the writ petition is held not maintainable and dismissed as such.
