By the Court It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that the recruitments initiated by the Departments have not been proceeded with for last three years. The Departments may not proceed with the recruitments, thus at this stage, the petitioners do not intend to press the writ petitions, however, it may be disposed of with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if contingencies so arise. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, all these writ petitions are dismissed as not pressed. However, they would be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if the contingencies so arise. A copy of this order be placed in each connected file.
