(e)[ Whenever any minor, disqualified proprietor or other beneficiary, whose name has been recorded in any register along with that of a guardian or manager, lawfully assumes direct charge of his estate, he shall forthwith give notice to the Collector and apply for correction of the register by removal therefrom of the name of such guardian or manager.] [Added by Bengal Act 2 of 1906.]
