Section 62 in The Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973
62. Certain offences to be non-cognizable .-Subject to the provisions of section 45 and notwithstanding anything contained in the [Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)], an offence punishable under section 56 shall be deemed to be non-cognizable with the meaning of that Code.
