Section 6(1) in Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1999
(1)The Secretary of the Committee (hereinafter in this regulation referred to as Secretary) shall be custodian of all assets, accounts, records and funds placed at the disposal of the Committee and shall work under the supervision and direction of the Chairman of the Committee.
