Section 8(2) in The Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine (Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Correct Minutes of the Meetings of the Board) Rules, 1954
(2)If, at the expiration of 30 minutes from the time fixed for the holding of any meeting the number present is not equal to the quorum the meeting shall be adjourned to some future date and time to be fixed by the President.
