Section 60 in Karnataka Electricity Reform Act, 1999
60. Repeal and Savings .
(1)The Karnataka Electricity Reform Ordinance , 1999 (Karnataka Ordinance 3 of 1999) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
