Section 80(1) in Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969
(1)The Board and the Planning Authority shall carry out such directions as may be issued from time to time by the Government for the efficient administration of this Act and the Planning Authority shall carry out also such directions as may be issued from time to time by the Board for the purpose.
