Section 175(1) in The National Security Guard Rules, 1987
(1)The prescribed officer for the purpose of Section 97 shall be -(a)in the case of trial by Summary Security Court, the Commander of the Unit to which the accused person belongs, or any authority superior to such Commander.(b)In the case of trial by any other court, the convening officer or any authority superior to him.
