Section 13(1) in The Bihar State Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993
(1)The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts in such form as may be prescribed by the State Government in consultation with the Accountant-General, Bihar.
