Section 3(1) in Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission Act, 2019
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be established a Commission by the name of the Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission.
