- In a training camp the Officer Commanding shall, subject to the supervision of the Commandant and the Inspector-General, be responsible for the training, discipline, reward, punishment, leave and other allied matters of the Home Guards while they are undergoing training or refresher course or on emergency duty and all such matters shall be regulated by such special orders as the Inspector-General or, subject to his previous approval, the Commandant may make from time to time.
