Section 13(1)(a) in The Special Rules for the Mulit-storeyed and Public Buildings, 1974

(a)For the use of the occupants and the persons visiting the premises for the purpose of profession, trade business, recreation or any other work, parking space and parking facilities shall be provided within the site, to the satisfaction of the Corporation Commissioner and conforming to the standards specified in Appendix A to these Rules; and
