20. [ Creation of posts by the Corporation.
- The powers for creation of posts vested in the Corporation under sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Act shall be exercised by the Corporation in relation to posts carrying maximum scale of pay of Rs. [14,300-18,300].][CHAPTER III-A] [ Inserted by G.S.R. 2113, dated 28.11.1968.]
